As Everpads’ products are mostly made for road
construction machinery, we have been requested to develop more parts
for the same category of machines; among them, milling planer
conveyor belt is the biggest item with the most demanding
characteristics. For conveyor belt, it is not only the continuity
that counts, but also the utmost loading capacity and stability
evenness. Hence we insist on supplying the belts in a complete
shape, with three high-density, resilient nylon fiber plies as the
base, and tall-standing Y-shape threads that help reinforcing the
whole structure while carrying the milled rocks effectively out to
the truck in front.
We understand that small section repair
might be an economical and environmentally-friendly option nowadays,
but it is nevertheless the best choice just to have a long lasting
product that lessens the frequency and cost of replacing/repairing,
and protects the rollers underneath without any obstruction from the
stitching part. However, for the ultimate benefits of our customers,
we are obliged to provide also the open belts with the same
